Inspection defects? We fix them.
Your inspection report lists defects in emergency lighting or exit signs and the deadline is running? We survey the defects on site free of charge, plan the fix to EN 1838 and EN 50172 and document everything so you can provide proof to the authority or inspector.
Typical defects we fix
Battery worn out, emergency duration too short or the luminaire reports a fault – replacement or new battery.
Missing signs at changes of direction, wrong arrows, insufficient viewing distance or outdated pictograms.
Illuminance or uniformity to EN 1838 not met – we recalculate and add luminaires.
Missing test records, unclear test basis or no luminaire list – we put the documentation in order.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you fix defects?
We get back to you within one working day and prioritise requests with an inspection deadline. How quickly the fix is done depends on scope and material – we clarify this in the first call.
The deadline is tight. What should I do?
Contact the authority or inspector early if the deadline cannot be met. A fixed-price quote with a planned date helps as proof that the fix has been commissioned.
Do you also fix systems from other manufacturers?
We survey any system. Whether luminaires are repaired, replaced or switched to NOTLUX depends on condition, spare parts and cost – we show you after the survey.
Who confirms that the defects have been fixed?
We document the work and tests carried out for your logbook. Whether the authority re-inspects or written confirmation is enough is decided by the inspecting body.
Does the survey cost anything?
No. The on-site survey and the quote are free and non-binding.
